Beginning of the day
Healthy sleep helps to stay productive throughout the day. Spending the whole night scrolling posts on Instagram is a lot of fun but it does spiral into sleep loss, bad mood and slowdown of brain activity. An hour before you go to sleep, put your device aside and take a book. After awakening treat yourself to stay in bed for 10 minutes and then do some daily physical. That would key up your body and brain. While exercising, do not forget to tune yourself on positive vibes.
Planning
You should start your to-do list with the most urgent things putting all minor ones for later. Before going to bed make a list of things for the next day ordering them in such way so till noon all the important routine would already be done.
Breaks while at work
Making breaks too often may bring you to missing the deadlines. Overtime does no good as well. Follow a simple schedule - 20-minutes work, 5-minutes break. Always walk out-of-doors while at lunch. That will help you to perk up and your fully loaded head - to have some rest.
No excuses
Kicking the can down the road you accumulate an immense mountain of problems that would frighten even an experienced mountain-climber. Try finishing all the current tasks till the end of the working day, and if you have some time left do not grasp for a new project. Praise yourself for productivity with a kind word.

If you lack motivation ask your friend or close one for help. They would remind you of your goal and would not make you sink into despair half-way.
