After a half-year break, the Hotel Savoy in Florence reopens its doors. The pause was taken for renovation, which affected the entire space. The works were conducted under the guidance of the Italian Emilio Pucci brand.
The interior of the restaurant was refreshed – here are now Emilio Pucci silk handkerchiefs, placed under the glass on coffee tables. The hotel lobby is decorated with stucco work and pillows with the brand print. After the renovation, the number of rooms has decreased from 102 to 80. The reduction of the area allowed to expand the space of some rooms and to change the interior.
Special attention is attracted to the Duomo Presidential Suite – it occupies the whole wing of the hotel. The highlights are a magnificent panoramic view of Florence and furniture from the Chelini Firenze and Il Bronzetto workshops. The space is executed in light shades.
"We are pleased to participate in the renovation of the renowned hotel, which has always taken a special place in the hospitality industry. There are a spirit of the city and the dynamics of the Emilio Pucci brand in the interior. Especially dear to us are the lobby and the restaurant – here we have as much as possible embodied the refinement and elegance inherent in the Italians"- Emilio Pucci designers shared their impressions of the work on the project.
It is worth reminding that the Hotel Savoy is located on the Piazza della Repubblica. Within walking distance are the Cathedral, the Ponte Vecchue Bridge and the Uffizi Gallery.
