Milan Fashion Week: Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2019 Ready-to-Wear fashion show

Dolce & Gabbana’s Fall 2019 Ready-to-Wear show turned into a retrospective of creative duo Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana's fashion legacy, put together into 127 grand looks.

The show set off with the black and white palette, gradually showcasing the signature elements in the Italian fashion house’s DNA: leopard and flower prints, women's and men's tailoring, baroque style, embroidery with precious stones, sequins and paillettes, as well as unparalleled evening and wedding dresses.

In one collection the designers managed to pack a whole range of pieces that will turn into must-have wardrobe staples—from everyday to special occasions, but with an emphasis on their current mood, expressed in their own words as “return to classicality” and supported not only by the silhouettes of the new collection, but also by the front row: young stars, celebrities and popular bloggers, for many of whom a Dolce & Gabbana suit has become the first ever classic outfit to wear.
