Fendi Fall 2019 Ready-to-Wear collection at Milan Fashion Week

Fashion

Today's Fendi Fall 2019 show at Milan Fashion Week was a kind of farewell to the fashion’s undisputed genius, with whom an era is associated—Karl Lagerfeld. The designer had been heading the creative department of the Italian fashion house since 1965.

In clouds of transparent tulle and fleece, beauty goddesses walked elegantly down a sand-like runway, crowned with the FF logo, devised by Lagerfeld back in the day.

Strict silhouettes of classic hourglass shape cocktail dresses, perfect pantsuits with wide pants capable of fluttering in a warm Mediterranean breeze, and coffee shaded double-breasted coats were diluted with vivid touches of yellow, green, carrot-red and even bright pink patent leather raincoats.
